DOESN’T IGNITE

For an electric stove will not start, be sure the stove power cord is plugged in and all circuit breakers are on. You should check the pilot light on gas stoves. If the oven is plugged in and the pilot light is burning, it means a different part will have to be replaced. The reason for the problem might be an infinite switch, surface element, oven burner igniter or bake and broil element.

BURNER WILL NOT HEAT

A burner or stove or oven that doesn’t produce heat doesn’t do much. Your oven will not heat when there is a broken bake element or a malfunctioning oven sensor. Your burner doesn’t fire up if an element breaks or when the burner switch or terminal block don’t work. We can repair these problems in less than 1-2 hours after our arrival.

TIMER ISSUES

You can assume the control panel on a stove or oven is broken if the program or timer functions are not working. If that is the case, we are able to fix control boards for LG, Sears, GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid and several other brands of ovens, ranges and stoves. OVEN TEMPERATURE IS TOO HOT

You always need a hot oven. But not too hot! When the heat is too hot, it could be due to a problem with the thermostat or sensor. Our repairmen can diagnose the location of the issue and repair it. Be careful when troubleshooting this problem for fear of skin burns from the very high and unpredictable heat source.

IGNITER DOESN’T LIGHT

A common stove issue is times where an igniter will glow but it doesn’t light. The reason this occurs is from a broken surface igniter, safety valve, electronic control or temperature sensor. We are able to determine if we are able to repair these parts or if we have to replace the parts.

DOOR WON’T OPEN

Modern self-cleaning ovens can experience door problems. The door does not open after the oven cleans itself. We inspect the door closure, seal and thermostat to troubleshoot why the door does not open and then we complete the repair so we can correct the problem.
